This is a everything I designed for my dust collection system.
There is Y adapter, as it's most efficient for splitting vacuum. There is also a blast gate build into a Y adapter. There is a T adapter where there is no option to use a Y. There is a stand alone regular blast gate. And there is a specialized blast gate which will take a 2 1/4" OD hose, which is what I used for my Festool tools. There is a 90, a straight coupler if you need to attach 2 pieces together. There are also lots of various saw and tool adapters.
You can print the basic connectors, and the provided bolt and operate manually (or use your own 1/4" bolt). Or you can also print the provided servo brackets for the gates along with the servo arm etc and use an arduino to open/close the gates. I suggest PETG as it's very dimensionaly accurate and tough. ABS would work, but you may need to play with settings as it shrinks, and minor deviations will make pieces not fit each other or not fit your tools or hoses. I use Weld On 4 and Weld On 16 for chemically welding PETG, and Acetone for ABS. All parts were designed to be printed with no supports. The only things I purchased for my dust collection system (besides the tools) were the hoses, and metal clamps which attach the hoses to the 3d printed parts. Hoses can be bought at your specialty hardware store (big box stores don't carry 2 1/2" flexible hosing) or on Amazon. Note this hose will want to collapse when vacuum is going through it, so secure it to your walls, I created the special angle holder to loosely hold the hose to the wall next to my dust extractor so as it would not bunch up next to it. I have the system running using the arduino servo mechanism -- I have 7 tools connected, and I use a 7V 2Amp DC power supply for the 7 SG90 servos, sorry those are not pictured.
