Bought a couple banged-up old RC trucks and i am designing and printing some replacement parts.
The front "bumper" skid on my Evader ST was broken as was the front hinge pin brace. Combined the two into one piece with some additional bracing because i didn't feel like just buying parts. Particularly with the entirely inadequate and too-fragile bumper going for $25 shipped on ebay.
This prints as less than 7g of PETG here, with 18% gyroid infill and 3 perimeters, 3 bottom layers, and 5 top layers.
I will probably add a version that you can bolt a bar or brush guard type bumper to, which would also presumably be printed but you could fab it out of aluminum too.
