Ich wollte eine Art Multi Color Drucker haben und mir gefiel das Prometheus System recht gut.
Ich habe dann ein wenig konstruiert und dies ist dabei herausgekommen. Es ist nicht die erste Version.
Wichtig ist, dass der Bowden bis zum Heatbreak durchgeht, damit keine Kante entsteht. An dieser könnte der Filamentfaden beim zurückziehen oder hineinschieben hängenbleiben.
Die Schneidhilfe sollte reichen um den Bowden bis zum Heatbreak reichen zu lassen.
Die Slicereinstellungen für Cura in Repetier habe ich mit angehängt.
Der Faden muss weit genug zurückgezogen werden, das kann man mal ausprobieren und dann den Wert anpassen.
Wichtig ist, das schnell herausgezogen wird und eine Art Eindippen erfolgt, wie beim Suppe löffeln um den Faden ordentlich abzureißen.

I wanted to print in more than just one colour and like the "Prometheus" system a lot. I started to construct something and the result can be found here, its not the first version, as you can imagine.
Very important is, that the bowden need to go the complete way doown to the heatbreak so that there is no gap where filament could get stucked while extrude or retract.
The cutting tool helps to get a perfect half of the bowden and should have the correct length to reach the heatbreak.
I attached the slicer settings for Cura used in Repetier Host software.
The filament need to be retracted enough so that the way is free. This you need to try and change the value.
Ver important: You need to retract very fast and short, extrude and retract the full length. Like the same as dipping the spoon into the soup so that no drops fall down.
