In the daily model making process, we often need to make cylindrical parts of photo etched.
Compared with the conventional curved photo etched, the rolling set of photo etched has
higher efficiency, and can easily manufacture neat cylindrical parts of photo etched.
The Rolling set contains 6 Rolling rods of different sizes - 16mm, 12mm, 10mm, 8mm, 6mm and 4mm.
Usage
Place the photo etched to be processed on top of the rolling set groove.
Using the rolling rod, press down and embed the photo etched into the groove.
Roll the rolling rod in the groove of the rolling set repeatedly to make the photo etched close to the curved surface of the rolling rod.
Remove the rolling rod and the photo etched as a whole from the rolling set, and place them on the flat workbench for repeated cyclic rolling.
After the photo etched fits the rolling rod closely, the rolling rod is removed slowly to obtain a circular tubular photo etched.
