Olá amigos garimpeiros!!

Este é um novo sistema de drenagem para uso em Garimpo de minérios, da InovaStar*Teh >> Faz a limpeza automática do material aurífero e outros, sem necessidade de lavar carpetes e estopas. Leve, de pequenas dimensões, não usa Mercúrio. Com 12" polegadas no bocal de entrada, o sistema separa o material trabalhado do material de rejeito de forma bem eficiente.
Com ótimo custo benefício é ideal para garimpeiros iniciantes que precisam de um bom equipamento para começar. Garimpeiros profissionais que sabem que tempo no garimpo é precioso, ficarão satisfeitos ao ver o ganho de produtividade ao se eliminar etapas trabalhosas de apuração do minério.

Funcionamento:

Com rotação 60% mais rápida que a rotação de Dreno, a Hélice helicoidal inicialmente gira, corta e pressiona o material coletado para baixo, e logo que este se espalha é pressionado para cima, criando um movimento rotatório no mesmo e que finalmente é pressionado para os lados, na primeira bateia de espirais.
A primeira bateia de espirais mais a colmeia giratória vibram, coletam e concentram o material ao mesmo tempo e fazem a separação sucinta do minério, não desperdiçando nada.
Abaixo da colmeia giratória, uma segunda bateia de espirais finaliza a operação de apuração, apenas girando e concentrando o restante do material, para que nem o minério mais fino se perca. Todo o material apurado fica depositado em uma terceira bandeja finalizadora, que fica limpando e concentrando o minério ao mesmo tempo.
O sistema também possui uma bomba potente de alta pressão interna, para fazer o chuveirinho para lavagem do material que chega pelo bocal de entrada.
O design da peneira logo acima é perfeito para segurar pepitas de qualquer tamanho. Construído em plástico industrial, é resistente e leve, facilitando o transporte e manejo por toda a planta de exploração. O material de rejeito que sobra é totalmente eliminado por um mangueiro no bocal de saída, também
de 12 polegadas, uma segunda hélice auxilia este mangueiro de saída.

Usando apenas um motor, economiza-se bastante combustível. Não está incluso os mangueiros e o Motor.

This is a new drainage system for use in mineral mining, from InovaStar * Teh

Operation:

Rotating 60% faster than the Drain rotation, the helical helix initially rotates, cuts and presses the collected material downwards, and as soon as it spreads it is pressed upwards, creating a rotational movement in it and which is finally pressed to the sides, in the first set of spirals.

All the collected material is deposited in a third finishing tray, which is cleaning and concentrating the ore at the same time.
The system also has a powerful internal high pressure pump, to make the shower for washing the material that arrives through the inlet nozzle.
The sieve design just above is perfect for holding nuggets of any size. Built in industrial plastic, it is resistant and light, facilitating transport and handling throughout the exploration plant. The leftover waste material is completely eliminated by a hose in the outlet nozzle, also 12-inch, a second propeller assists this outlet hose.
