This is a plug I made to temporarily fill a deadbolt space in a door. My first version had male threads all the way down this is version 2 with an undercut after having to pick the supports out of those aggressive threads. I would also suggest you push your support gaps out to .5 mm or print the Inside plug threads up (this seems to take more time according to slicer). I included the SolidWorks files if you want to modify it but this fits in the standard us hole on a 1.75" thick door and easily draws tight. if you're concerned it might spin I have one in here with some teeth on the outside plug so that i bites as you tighten down, this wasn't needed for me but I was working with a heavily painted older wood door.
