Door handle filling

The door handle recently ripped off the door. The handle was screwed into the door with short screws, and the door body is chipboard! Moreover, there was a 7-8 mm space between the door and the screws head, so it was a miracle it hold several years!
So I deceided to used bolts passing from side to side, using the advantage the lock body had 2 holes through which the "side" bolts could pass, and the 2 "top" bolts pass over the lock body.
The piece is symmetric, since the bolt head on the left on one side correspond with a nut on the right on the over side.
Using the picture allows to understand how it is mounted.
Bolts are M4, 50mm long (the door is 35mm thick)
