I wanted a bigger domino set than what could be purchased cheaply so I could play mexican train with a bunch of friends. In hindsight, having up to 16 dots means you get 153 dominoes and this makes for a very long game.
Still, maybe this is exactly how many you need, or you realise that the file is laid out somewhat logically so you can easily remove down to double 15 or 12.
The full file is 450x420mm and each domino is about 25x50mm. I used 3mm plywood, but 5mm would be nicer and closer to typical domino size (1/4"). To improve readability I would recommend high contrast material, light wood for example and scan/filling the dots.
Alternatively do white acrylic and fill the dots with paint, would be pretty neat.
