Doc Green (Xiaomi M365, Pro and Mijia) E-Scooter Anti Vibration Damper 0.2mm to 20mm

Designed specifically for the Doc Green ESA 5000 (Xiaomi M365 / Pro clone) E-Scooter (periodically sold by Lidl) but likely compatible with the Xiaomi M365, Pro and Mijia versions too. These Vibration Dampeners fix the all-too-common issue of shaky handle bars caused by the quick release retention clip wearing and becoming loose over time.
I designed these, having taken inspiration from RRacers Xiaomi M365 solution (thanks :-), after struggling to find any 3D models that fitted my Doc Green scooter perfectly. The 10 models provided here offer a range of thicknesses of 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.4mm, 1.6mm, 1.8mm and 2mm.
The model is designed to be printed in TPU (flexible filament) and should be installed behind the adjustable bar that serves the handle bar retaining clip (photos supplied). Unlike the majority of purchasable off-the-shelf dampers, that sit on top of the lower steering assembly and are easily lost when the handle bars are folded down, these dampers remain firmly in place and won't fall out unexpectedly.
