Mill this parts out, mount them together. Finished.
It is designed for a LED panel from "Schnick Schnack Systems" but you can mount your own panel and control it via a funkmodule. On the left side you can mount a "Notebook sPower Plug". On the right side you can mount the led controller. You need 3x fans and a few "neutrik" connectors, the exact ones can you see in the 3d model treeumg. The part between the "oreo" is a plastic PVC Part you can measure the contour length in the model, cut it and place it inside as a distance maker, you can personalize your height. The white sack you can buy on sites like this [google for "aircone sack"]: http://www.skydancer24.de/
A VIdeo of the milling can you see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPt4vOa7VFY
Paint the cuttingedges to prevent humidity to enter the plates.
If your aircone is placed outdoors and falls down by a windblast, you can mount on the topside over the fans a foam to prevent the air being pushed back outside.
Have fun to rebuild. P.s. an aircone like that costs you around over 300 €!
