DIY Filter Box U Channel and Edge Protector Frame 20x25 inch

DIY air purifier filter box frame based on the Corsi Rosenthal and Comparetto Cube concepts. This concept design uses 25mm U channel with an inner gap of 21 mm that matched the depth of Filtrete MPR filters. In combination with cardboard plates and edge protectors all bonded together to form frames to house 20x25 inch Filtrete MPR 1900 filters.
The idea is to use edge protectors to slide over the edge of the filters to make a flatpackframe with replceable filters.
May need 3mm foam in the U channel or on the filters itself. Same as commonly found on EPA filters.
Concept only, provided help inspire designs of flatpack DIY filter kits.
This design is shown with a 450mm hole compatible with both cage fans and box fans. With the bottom of an 18inch cage fan taped in the same style as pioneered by Dr Rhys Thomas.
