Roaming across the frozen north are the mighty colossi of the Old World. These mighty beasts are among the largest creatures in the Warhammer World, only rivaled in size by the Dread Saurians of Lustria, and the forest-dwelling Arachnarok Spiders.
To the tribes of the Northern Wastes, the Mammoths are living totems of might and power. They're considered such sacred creatures in their own right, that to tribes which come to bring one into the fold it is a great honor. The tribesmen frequently seek them out as abandoned calves, for if a mammoth is trained early enough, it can be brought into battle as a highly effective trampling weapon that can easily reduce enemy lines to a bloody smear across the land. The greatest warriors of the tribe also ride into battle on their backs, fighting from fortified wooden platforms where they can easily throw their hunting javelins. Others can carry sacred Chaos-Altars from which shamans can channel the energy of the dark gods.
Included is the War Mammoth itself, with 6 Chaos Marauder Hunters with Javelins. Note that the .3mf file "Chaos War Mammoth" includes all the models for those that want them to resize and pose as they see fit. A Zip with all the .STLs is also in the file list. Also included are the pre-supported files for all parts that were printed with resin. FDM is possible on all these models, but I still do recommend SLA for the smaller pieces and the hunters. The body and head of the mammoth itself can be printed in FDM just fine.
For the Rope, I recommend any sort of Nylon Twine, as it does not fray as easily.
For the chains, I highly recommend this one from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N4S9JG4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I intend to do the war shrine variant of this eventually, but for now I wanted to release the default one. I also intend to add 2 storage bins for extra javelins the marauders would be using, as well as a Marauder Chieftain to act as the driver.
