This is a set of photo equipment designed to give someone (like myself) who uses a wheelchair with limited arm and hand dexterity the ability to aim and operate a digital camera. I designed it to be used with any camera with a standard tripod mount socket. The camera sits on 360 degree motorized gimbal allowing the freedom of the user to aim the camera where ever they choose, even at themselves. The gimbal mount will attach to any standard wheelchair chair armrest that uses 3/4 round tubing and can be easily positioned or removed when not in use. Another unique feature is the 5” LCD screen that is separate from the camera; the camera’s video output is connected to the video input on the gimbal using the RCA patch cord then wirelessly transmitted to the display. The camera is operated by the camera’s optional IR or RF remote control which can be attached with hook and loop to the folding display. An integrated IR repeater enables the IR remote to operate the camera when attached to the display. And finally the display also houses the controls for the 360 degree gimbal. #3d_challenge_077
