I made this case so nobody needs to handle their leaded (little info available on RoHS compliance, and shiny joints point to lead) FPGA boards.
The only required hardware is 4x #6 3/4" flat head machine screws and nuts.
The switches are slightly tight, and if the heated bed temperature is above the filament's glass transition temperature, you may find difficulty in inserting the board because the slots become narrower.
There are ports for all the I/O, and LED indicators, and enough room to remove the jumpers with your nails.
The 3D printable buttons eliminate the need for additional hardware, and they have pretty nice haptics.
For UMN EE 2301 students, the gcode file for the Lulzbot Taz 6 printers is included in the zip.
Try preventing sagging by lowering the temperature significantly, but prevent warping with surface cleaning/gluing.
