The Deutsche Bundesbahn commissioned 3 types of 4 axle Umbauwagen.https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Umbau-Wagen_(DB)
I have setup a modular design of half carriages. This makes it easy to create the other types of 4 axles Umbauwagens.
Using this approach results in parts that are small enough to be printed on the 300 x 300 mm bed of a Creality CR-10 printer. There aren't a lot of printers around with the build space for complete carriages.
The BD4yg consists of a second class half carriage and a luggage compartment.
Combining 2 second class sections makes a B4yg.
An AB4yg is a combination of a first class and a second class section.
Update 02SEP2018:
Corrected the fit and dimensions of all parts.
Updated the interiors (converted from HO scale: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2799058).
PublishED the coupling rods.
2.5 mm holes added to floor and walls @ 40 mm distance from another. Mount the walls to the floors using M2 screws and a brass angle with M2 thread @ 40 mm disctance.
M4 mounting screws added. 4.1 mm holes in the floor. Corresponding 3.5 mm holes in the roof (thread M4 in these holes).Modified floor to accomodate Minden Deutsch Leicht bogies.
Planned updates:
Generate files to mill the windows from plexiglass.
Add seams between the panels in the roofs.
