This is Delta Class Super Soldier Rex. Of the the three commandos Rex is the most outgoing, and the best loved by all the troops. Rex always gets command of a squad in battles that everyone wants to be in. He is a brilliant tactical leader, and his casualties are pretty low. Rex's home country is Canada, so a lot of the troops can relate with him. You can always find Rex in the frontlines of the battle. The Delta Class Super Soldier program was the fourth try at a 'super soldier'. When the project was finished there were only four men who could successfully wear the million dollar armor and use all of its abilities. The armor enhanced strength, speed, stamina, and vision (thanks to night vision, thermal vision, and telescopic vision). It also has a long range radio and radar map system. Utilizing the newest liquid armor that will withstand anything short of a rocket the D.C.S.S. soldiers are just about invincible.
