The Legend: "Norman magic tree"

In the magical faraway lands of the Celts, lived a young couple, Martha and Gaspard. Rumor told they could not have children because a lady had cast their evil spell.

They lived in a small colony of peasants. During the winter, the days seemed long and their rare occupations. But on December 24, day of the rebirth of the sun, was different. All men of the colony went to cut a tree for their home. Because according to the belief, the fir trees of their land became this magical day of the year: they could help them have a child.

But that day, Gaspard brought back a very particular: a tree named "Norman" was immortal from father to son. He then reached majority to be cut. Like his father before him, and as the father of his father and has been for millennia.

Norman Once installed in the house, he noticed the desperation of a couple who could not have children. Saddened, he decided to use his magic to ward off bad luck.

Some time later, Martha felt himself very ill. She went to see the healer of the colony, who told her she was just pregnant! She then crossed the entire colony to join his Gaspard and teach him the amazing news. The rumor spread throughout the colonies around, and everyone knew that Norman brought his magic to the couple. Nine months later, Martha gave birth to three little angels, two girls and a boy. Norman was then sent annually in families that could not have children.

Over time, the magic tree performed miracles throughout the country and by region, it was decorated differently. In Alsace, for example, it was covered with sweets and cupcakes. Then he went in many countries like Germany, Austria or the United Kingdom, where Prince Albert offered it to Queen Victoria, who had nine children.

Since then, millions of births take place with Norman, and this tree is constantly being decorated to appreciate local traditions for his pleasure.
