These are the front parts of my Dan A4 SFX +16mm spacer (V4+) modified to take a slot for 2x USB type A connections and a blank area for an LED or maybe audio, or a button, up to you.
The USB cable that I'm using is this one: https://amzn.to/3gZSXms
You'll require M3 bolts to mount the spacer to the case: https://amzn.to/3iAKqI2 same as the original design. The cable comes with its own screws.
The printing instructions for the spacer are the same as the original.
Print the IO slot insert on its face matching the same orientation as the spacer (if the slot of the spacer gets printed on the Y axis, print the insert along the Y axis). This will make it compatible for assembly. The slot has a 0.1mm gap for tolerance.
Print this in PETG or better, for heat resistance.
I use black Overture PETG from amazon: https://amzn.to/2Zd0PLm for my spacers, but the design here allows you to use a different color for the insert and it will cover the whole width of the spacer.
Included here are the CPU side parts, and the GPU side parts. Use the IO insert for the GPU with this spacer and viceversa.
You probably don't need to print one for each side (how would you connect them?). So pick the IO side, and the other one use the original spacer, they should be compatible.
I'll probably design different versions of the insert if there are requests (maybe just 1 usb?, maybe a blank for mods?, maybe a reset button?), let me know in the comments.
