Proud owner of my first 3d printer, a Dagoma Discoeasy 200, here is its "Turn it into a Diskossel 250" mod. Every parts was more/less found on Thingiverse, just made some minor adjustments.
Long story short, the BOM from top to bottom:
Kossel 250 frame : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:456659. What else ? Everything is clearly describe to get a nice frame there.
Printed at 3 perimeters and 50% infill for everything except carriages.

Handles : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:167235 Strooong

X Y Z End caps : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2440433 Large enough to hide extrusion profile on top.

Linear rails : wasn't confident with wheeled carriage, Mgn12.

Carriages : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1441955

End stop : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2440462

Rod jig : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:291455 Maybe the most important part to take care, will give you 6 equals rods. Traxxxas and carbon rods to get the 288 mm length (not clearly sure whether it will change soon or not)

Clips : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:354501, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2000596, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:59745 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1561292 to hide those ugly cables.
Simple and efficient effector : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:439497

Simple and efficient "cool me everything" : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:780379

Discoeasy's inductive probe adapter: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2440407

Heatbed holder : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1977082

Discoeasy's LCD for 2020 extrusion profile : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2440535

MKS gen 2020 support : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1435187

Raspberry support : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2152556

Pi Camera mount : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1156296

Power expander mount : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2440448

Tennis ball feet : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2158108

ATX support : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:950061 or work with Dagoma's power supply as well (but forget about dual extrusion)
One strange point is : Why wasn't i able to google a clean firmware at least making some things ? Started from 1.1.3 Marlin source so, with the configuration found in examples folder (Maybe the reason ...). Anyway, i attached mine, will work if you use your Discoeasy parts : Mks motherboard, default e3D, motors, fan (will need one more), LCD, most cables. Endstop are cabled like the should be X+ Y+ Z+, inductive probe to Z-.
Don't think i forgot something, a little long to print but clearly deserve the pain.
Thanks to Dagoma to give us the inexpensive, efficient and beautiful little 3D printer and assuming great after sales communication.
Happy modding !!!
