I cut a vertical letter sign on my CNC machine for a friend. The sign is going to be mounted on the side of Mailbox post. I thought some mounting clips would be perfect for mounting this & came up with these different styles. I have the defaults sized for a loose fit on 3/4" thick wood (20mm). Change the variable Wd_Thk to the mm thickness of the wood. All the variables are mm.
I added an image showing the dimensions for the Bottom / Top Style bracket as well as some pictures showing the various different types.
I am using these to hold a sign in place, but there are probably a lot of other uses for these, especially since you can make them most any size you want. You can open this in the customizer or download the openscad file to make even more adjustments.
