I've uploaded .zip files with over 1800 pre-built STL files!
They are optimized for 0.4mm line width (updated on - 30th April 2021)
Or you can use the customizer/OpenSCAD to make your own!
If the customizer isn't working today, keep reading for a quick guide on how to customize in OpenSCAD. You can easily add text, a logo, change the patterns sizes, etc. without any 3d modeling skills. It only takes a few minutes.
Features:

3 Frame types
25 different patterns (all customizable)
Option to have a domed grill
Option to have protector ring around mesh (full and circular frames only)
Add Text or a Logo! (use any font, including icon/logo fonts)
SVG File Import
or use one of the over 1800 pre-Built .STL files
Pro Tip: You can print the 'none' pattern and attach matterial to create a filter, or use it as a spacer.

Overview:
This was originally a simple remix of Fan Grill Cover by mightynozzle that included an extra frame based on 40mm Hexagon Fan Guard by agnoia (Thanks to both for creating & uploading the original!).
Since then I have added loads of patterns and features. I've also merged some patterns and features from other creators on this site.
I've done my best to keep the options simple, so you can easily create custom a design but you can also change some advanced options if you want to have more control.
I've also uploaded pre-made .stl files.
The zip files are split into fan sizes and all files are named properly so you can find the one you want.
There is a .zip with 30-40mm fans with "Pi" on them.
Please be careful with the 'domed' files (Domed Full & Domed Twist are fine) as I haven't checked that they are all printable, the ones that are printable will require good overhang/bridging.
I haven't exported the ones with logos, as there are far too many logos out there people will want. Scroll down to see how to add you own logo in OpenSCAD (it's really easy!!)
If anyone is interested in the script to bulk export via OpenSCAD command line, I've uploaded them here with examples
Known Issues:
-The text generator can use any font, so you may end up with a part that isn't attached to the frame if you don't pick carefully.
-Full Twist dome option doesn't currently work with text
-Reduced frame doesn't work with any of the dome options
