I made these so you can connect a bunch together and glue an alligator clip or something on the end to do whatever. Make it big and use it to hang speakers, cameras etc....
With the SCAD they are adjustable for ball socket size, base width, base thickness, with or without holes & hole diameter.
I'm sure there are plenty of these out here already.... here's my version. Print at 100% infill.
The base with a hole in it is thicker to allow for a knot underneath for elastic or wire if necessary.
Added the 8mm ball & socket made with the adjustable SCAD.
Fixed the BasewHole stl & SCAD where the holes didn't go all the way through. First 26 need to re-download the new versions.

Tweaked Ball&Socket.SCAD and Ball&SocketBase.SACD to make them even more better.

Added thread capability to SCAD & changed it a little to make the end where the ball goes in more tapered.

Added a length multiplier to the SCAD & hexagonal stem to use a wrench for larger models
