Both of these tips were created for the Eastwood Hot-coat and Dual Voltage Hot Coat powder coating guns. They simply slip on over the electrode, and then you may use painter's tape or other tape to secure it in place. The tape may be removed and the tip taken off for thorough color-changes.
I do not have recommended print settings at this time, but 20% infill should be plenty. I made this on a MP Select Mini with PLA. It prints in around 20 minutes give or take depending on settings.
I recommend filing the electrode to a point, it increases the efficiency of powder transfer a bit. The other thing you can do is put a little piece of shrink tube behind the tip, on the electrode to prevent charging the powder particles too early. Trim the heat shrink tube flush with the edge of the gun nozzle.
