A housing for a combination of a number of electronic modules to make a bench power supplies that takes in AC power.
1) DC2416 - AC to DC converter
2) D3806 - DC to DC converter
3) Digital Volt/Amp Meter with Shunt
4) Digital Thermometer / Another Volt/Amp meter?
5) Double rocker switch
Instruction:
You'll need to orientate the top piece either up side down or 20 degree to flatten on the face with irregular shapes. both require the minimum support.
*Note 1: the holes are cutout with exact measurements. to compensate the shrinkage of the material you gonna be printed out you'll need to scale it up to 102% -103%.
You'll need some M3 screws to mount the 2 electronic module and the shunt. the rest should snap fit into the holes. Stands off are not required.
The DC2416 & shunt should be screwed onto the base. D3806 screw to the Top from the bottom of the module. the 2 half should be able to snap fit together
*Note 2: Before you mount the D3806, you'll probably need to screw in the wires connection to the ACDC converter's output and output of D3806.
*Note 3: Output holes for the D3806 are not in the design. You can put your own connectors.
The PSU should be able to get away with passive cooling. But you can always mount some 12V dc fan if you like. there's fan output pins on the D3806 that you can use.
If you like the design you can find the design at Onshape where I use as me design platform
