Lowest friction for CTC dual extruder. 4mm OD/2mm ID PTFE filament guide plugs direct into extruder levers.
This is a derivation of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1339183 for the umbilical support, but with the filament support moved into the extruders.
Assembly image shows brass bush in blue over cap head bolt. This is a 10mm length of 4mm OD tube with 0.45mm wall thickness. I used http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/231504513751 and cut it with a pipe cutter http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/131120075557. Total length of countersunk bolt (including head) is 9mm for the bolt securing the backplate to the motor, and 10mm for the bolt holding the grooved bearing.
Note: Added BaseLDeep and BaseRDeep with deeper spring pocket. This allows for adjustment of the spring tension using the washers supplied as spares. Too few and the filament will slip in the extruder. Too many and the motor will be overloaded at higher feed rates and jump. I found that three was just right, but this may vary with different filament and of course depending on the spring used.
