Hi there.
We are Hendrik and Andy, and we are trying to develop a stable and efficient tool changer 3d printer.
Of course, it is almost impossible to do this without influence of other projects, but we made sure that our printer is fully designed and tested in-house.
The main focus is printing quality, easy maintenance, cost efficiency, and 100% compatibility with E3D tools.
It should be possible to anyone with basic technical knowledge to assemble the CrazyCreatorCube, and 99% of the needed parts can be easily found in stores or ordered online.
Belt system:
We use the well-known CoreXY system because it is very easy to set up and understandable for everyone, and it is supported by most systems.
Print area:
The heating bed is moved by 3 axes and leveled fully automatically.
The bed itself uses a kinematic system to connect to the bed supports.
Tool-Changer:
The ToolChanger uses a so-called remote system. This means the motor that rotates the safety bolt and holds the tool on the tool changer, sits on the frame and does not increase the weight of the print head.
Print-Head:
Here, too, we use a remote extruder in the classic version, but it is no problem to use a normal Direct or Bowden
