Here is a model of the CR10S Pro V2 3D printer by Creality, for those who want to make heavy mods for their printer, like an enclosure.
You will find several files that works together to fill several purposes :
2 STEP files of the fully assembled printer on the two most extended positions, in order to get the max footprint of the printer.
4 STEP files of each axis assembly of the printer, in order to make a moving model in your CAD software. The origin planes are defined so you can directly constrain the movement of the parts with them.
I designed the files with CATIA V5 and exported to STEP format, and I also included the original files. I opened the STEP files with Solidworks and it prompts an error but the model loads anyway, so tell me if your encounter issues with Fusion or other softwares.
I took direct measurements on the printer that I bought in December 2020, but I know that there is some differences on previous versions in terms of the main board placement. From what I have seen on others' printers, the mechanical structure is the same so this model should do the job for everyone.
I equipped my printer with a Wham Bam! flexi plate so I modelled it on the bed, but the standard bed should not be that different.
Those files can also be used for the CR10S Pro V1 as the printer is basically the same in terms of mechanical parts (except the bed levelling system).
Enjoy !
P.S. The .eps files are just there to be able to upload a thing.
