CR10/CR10S Standalone SKR 1.3 Conversion (and Other Modifications)

With that out of the way, lets get down to details.
I am a lot busier than I would like to be and am honestly rushing to post this Thing before I go on vacation. Some notes:
-This conversion does not support a majority of the stock hardware.
-At present, I do not have a definitive hardware list. Assorted sets of socket head cap M3 and M4 screws, nuts, and T-slot nuts should set you straight.
-I will likely not be updating this Thing in the future unless I get multiple requests for specific improvements. Remixes are encouraged.
-Some soldering may be necessary.
-A multi meter is a good thing to have.
