UPDATE: Version 2.0 August 19,2018
Long overdue update with some requested features. V2 Requires 1@30mm M3 screw and one M3 nut. Overall length now reduced to 42mm (Should fit the Ender 3). Standard height 13.5mm before extension. If you need increased height WJ_Lift_Ext_V2 will by default extend the height by 5mm. Most parts shouldn't need support, however part WJ_Wedge_V2 could have support added if needed.
Hex screw now can extend and retract the wedge (Counter-Clockwise raises, Clockwise Lowers). Please feel free to request changes to fit your need.
UPDATE: Version 1.5 August 16,2017
Made some minor modifications. I was finding that inserting the Jack was tight. So I have modified it to be another 2mm shorter in height and 5mm shorter in length.
Voila! No bed sag! My CR-10's build plate had sag in the middle. Just enough to throw off my bed leveling process.
I love the Jailcee W-Jack design but I needed a few modifications.
Now uses M3 screw and nuts
Total height of the jack reduced by 1.5mm
Built in tracks for less possibility of side slip.
Parts required
1@M3x30mm (shorter may work)
2@M3 nuts
NOTE: Be very cautious of the electrical work in the center of the build plate. The wedge jack should fit forward of that area comfortably. Please see the build photo for placement.
