Hello there:-
here are my cr-10 feet that are meant to reduce the vibrations and noise.
Instructions and informations:-
I have uploaded 3 different designs that all should work with a 40mm aluminum profile.
small: hight =34.5mm /// meant to be used to eliminate vibrations in one direction X OR Y
medium: hight =59mm /// meant to be used to eliminate vibrations in two direction X AND Y
large: hight =202mm /// same as medium but this one is used to raise the printer by 202mm.
the hight is the printer rise after the part is applied.
please USE IT WITH CATION AND AT YOUR OWN RISK.
all should be printed with 0 % infill and 2 to 3 mm walls.
sometimes this part may fail due to the absence of the infill you can ignore the top cover on the small part only, you should not add more than 1mm of top and bottom thickness.
if you are willing to use infill the please use 10 % or less.
the tpu base is not required but it will help reduce both the noise and the vibrations I did not use it so I don't have print settings for that but if you are willing to use them please consider 25% infill and 2mm walls.
this is meant to be used on the carpet if you are not willing to put it on the carpet or similar surfaces please consider the tpu base.
please print 4 of this mod and put one on each corner of the printer.
the part just stays under the aluminum profile no sniping or anything like that if you are willing to stick it to the printer please use 2 part epoxy.
