This is another remix of rmlc460's SD Card support for the CR-10. I designed this version so that I could use the original bolts from the power supply and this is what I came up with.
Instructions:

Print the body and 2 posts
N.B. When printing the posts, rotate them 180 degrees so that the sloped section is at the top. This means no support has to be used when printing and the inside of the posts stay clean for the bolts to pass through.

Fold up your SD Extension to fit within the body and push the full-sized SD end into the holder
Tighten the rear bolts to avoid the power supply sagging
Remove the factory bolts from the front-right hand side
Push the bolts into the posts so that the head is inside the post (with the thread sticking out of the top shown in the picture)
Position the body over the control box
Push the post, with the bolt in it, into the hole in the body
Tighten the bolt into the control box
Repeat for the second post
Profit!
If you need further clarification on how the design works or want to make edits to my design to suit your printer, I have included the design files for editing (.step and Fusion 360 files are included). Otherwise, message me, I'm happy to answer any questions
