Another model by Paulwall (https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model/c20fe852-663d-44f5-b152-630b516f0c51/House), this little house proved to be another that I just couldn't walk away from - I think it was because the kitchen screamed 'challenge!' ... LOL. But the small size just gave me license to try to do as much as I could. No doubt he'll be surprised to find I actually worked in one of his newer houses. Though it's small, it has nearly all the conveniences and comforts of a larger home - no dishwasher, though..lol. It will even accomodate guests - birds are welcome to stay free of charge in the little house out front. And friends can enjoy a dip in the pool when they come to visit. This house would be great for a newlywed couple, or an older couple that just wants a cozy down-size after the kids are grown and gone. There are nineteen scenes to help you get through the house.
