This is a remix of an awesome design for a COVID19 marathon medal found here:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4236375
This version adds a backing to the original model with a ribbon hanger for 1.5" ribbon. There are two ways to make this, depending on how you want it to come out. The two options are:
Option 1: Print as one full part. To do this, use the 'COVID Marathon Medal - Full STL' file.
Option 2: Print as two parts: the backing and the original model. To do this, use the 'COVID Marathon Medal - Backing STL' and 'COVID Marathon Medal - Scaled STL' files then glue the two pieces together.
If you're wondering why the 2nd option exists, it is meant to allow some flexibility for using different colors and even for inscriptions if you wanted to make it look like the photos here. An example of how an inscription can come out is found here:https://www.thingiverse.com/make:803578
