In a hospital, face shields and most of the other Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) are disposable. Clean and sterilize them are more expensive and time-consuming. This design modified Prusa's face shield and make it a single-use disposable device.
The printing time is 40mins. ( 3rd of Prusa RC2 2h)
Material saving 13g ( less than half of the original Prusa RC2)
Total height is 5mm (a quarter of the Prusa RC2 )
It is compactable to Prusa's face shield. If you have their shield, you can plug it in.
This design is made for use in hospitals. If you want to reuse your face shield. Prusa's design is a better choice. Their headband is wider and more comfortable to wear.

You can also DIY a face shield at home! Grab one piece of transparent plastic sheet and a hole puncher, you can make your own face shield!
