I liked the US First Class Stamp Dispenser (thing:3070310, OpenScad Stamp Dispenser by LeatherWing, August 27, 2018, ) and printed a few for myself and friends.
It is basically open frame though and the roll of stamps can fall out if one is not careful so I decided to design a simple cover for it to keep that from happening.
This item is that cover. You will need to print the dispenser first as the .stl for the cover came out slightly large and is a bit loose. It will be nice to have the main part of the dispenser to check your re-sizing of the cover by the instructions below.
The cover should be printed with the flat side down and the dimensions in millimeters would come out X=44 Y=44 and Z=30 as designed.
To make it fit more snugly, in Cura I scaled it (un-check "Uniform Scaling" so you can scale just X and Y) to X=43.2, Y=43.2 and left Z=30. This makes it fit more snugly but still allows it to be removed to reload the dispenser when the standard roll of stamps runs out. Depending on your printer, you might need X and Y = 43.4. Z=30 works just fine in all cases so that dimension does not need to be re-scaled.
