UPDATED 4-2-20!!!! I still like the build/file "Approved mask 326" best.
MINOR VARIATION FROM YESTERDAY. I MADE THE FILTER LIP BIGGER TO GET A BETTER SEAL.

Cleaning tips from the University of Tennessee- I was able to put PLA in our oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. That made it very soft. I would stay at 170 degrees if possible.https://utrf.tennessee.edu/information-faqs-performance-protection-sterilization-of-face-mask-materials/

Current mask we are using IS: APPROVED MASK 326. This for us is the final revision
The Montana mask filter is the second part of the mask that holds the N95 filter in place. I should work with all masks listed above.
The new mask will be posted with the filter. We are waiting for a N95 filter to check the insert size. You may need to Scale your filter file to fit with your filtering material.
YOU WILL NEED TO SCALE THE FILE DOWN. The software I was using wouldn't allow me to edit the size of the STL file that I imported to be able to add the filter stopper.
The dimensions should be as follows for the filter to work currently. L=5.282 , W =4.381, H= 2.396
I am including the original Montana Mask and filter files so you can see the original VS. the modification.
The filter should fit both masks.
This is a variation of the Montana mask that was created to help the supply of hospital masks. This is to use a small square of the original or sheet N95 masks and get hopefully 4-6 uses out of one mask. UPDATE: WE ARE ABLE TO BUY SHEETS OF FILTER 1'x15' TO CUT SQUARES THAT WILL FIT IN THIS MASK. If my math is correct out of one of theses sheets we could get about 500 filters to fit this mask.
SO, NO MORE MASKS WILL BE HARMED IN THE MAKING OF THIS PROJECT!
