I like the way this model turned out. This is an example of the kind of simple, clean residential design that, through the mid-1980s to mid-1990s, was popular in the Northeastern and Midwestern United States. I guess you could call the style 'Colonial Light' or 'Contemporary Colonial'. John Baker (author of 'American House Styles: A Concise Guide') might call it 'American Vernacular Revival', because of the 'L' footprint reminiscent of Folk Victorian farmhouses. Some bullet points: * 3 big bedrooms. * Larger master suite with a large en-suite bathroom (WC, bathtub, and separate shower) and walk-in closet. * 2nd floor laundry room. * 1st/ground floor office/guest bedroom. * 2.5 bathrooms. The two full bathrooms have separate water closets. * A semi-open floor plan on the ground floor, with a two-sided fireplace between the dining/family room and living room. * Four-sided design, with windows and design details on all elevations.
