Compact Stubby Filler Filament Holder Guide for Ender 3

I wanted a more compact guide for the filament holder so I combined the mount and stubby guide into a single piece. I included 3 different angles which work well with the stock vertical placement, 45 degree holder on 3091385 and 60 degree holder on 2967567.
