I needed replacement parts for my sx-64 keys. I could not find replacements so i decided to make my own designs based on the originals i still had.
I did not have a spacebar and had to make some guesses about size,....
The design i made for the space bar works well enough for me. The stabilizer bar can be made from a piece of pianowire of the right size.
The designs are not exact replica's but they work well.
Best printed on a resin printer, but can be printed on a FDM printer as well. I included files with tolerances that work better on FDM printers.
When printed on a FDM printer there is more post processing to be done.
If the parts are printed on a resin printer there is no post processing needed.
You will need to find springs of the right size and strenght. I happened to have some springs of the right size in my parts bin. size is more important than strenght.
I included the step files, so if needed, the parts can be altered to better suit your specific keyboard.
