In the immortal words of Bill Lumbergh from Office Space:

Oh, and remember: next Friday... is Hawaiian shirt day. So, you know, if you want to, go ahead and wear a Hawaiian shirt and jeans.

I know that a simple coffee stencil won't make every day feel like Friday, but maybe it can improve your mood a little, or the mood of others?
In fact, it's been scientifically proven that giving feels better than receiving neurologically!
If you need something else to smile about, here's a picture of my wife rescuing a baby bird:

So the first thing you do, is download this stencil, and then print it out. Hopefully, you have a mug or cup that this will fit over. Just the expectation of having a fun stencil to print will actually cause a positive effect on your brain, it's true! Think about how much fun it will be to level your printer (okay, maybe not that) - and press the print button, watching your plastic print monkey draw layer, by layer, as you drift into a deeper and deeper sle....
Wait, no! Don't fall asleep! Wake up! It's Friday!
Or at least, it's Friday right now, when I'm posting this. I saved the smiley face coffee stencil for posting on Friday because, although Monday probably needs a smile more than Friday, I think people are more perky and receptive on Friday, unless they work a weird weekly shift where the weekdays are the weekend, or you work every day of the week or something, and that sucks.
But seriously...download this coffee stencil, or peruse my other coffee stencils too - you could start a collection! (Don't forget to share pictures/makes.)
Before I forget, here are direct links to my other stencils:

Print it out, marvel in its simplicity, and then make yourself a cup of coffee. Shake up your creamer, pour it on top, and then put the stencil over the top. Then, pick your powder: cinnamon, cocoa, powdered sugar, whatever - and put it into a little sieve. I find that my little baby metal mesh tea ball works great (see photos), but whatever works for you. Just remember, you want to dust the powder over the top of the stencil, not dump it....
Make yourself a cup of coffee, and that will give you energy! Then you can make another cup of coffee for a friend, lover, or even a co-worker, or enemy. Even enemies like coffee. And with this smiley face, you're sure to get a smile or a laugh out of anyone you give this to, unless they're a real jerk. In which case, you can't please everyone, can you?
But yes, it's Friday, and here in smiley face coffee stencil world, it's always Friday! And you can come back and look at the smiley face stencil here on Thingiverse if you're feeling down, and just need something happy to look at. But it's way more fun to print your own, and have one that you can hold in your hands, maybe let your dog or cat sniff it? They like peanut butter. Toss it like a toy. Who knows?
If you have an idea for a custom stencil, please let me know! I can also make any or all of my stencils in a different size fairly easily. Just need your required diameter, and if you need a taller or shorter "lip" than what I've provided. It probably makes sense to print one of these and try it out on your container first, and if it's too big, too small, just measure the outside diameter (and maybe the inside diameter too, so I can appropriately place the stencil), and post a comment, or even better, create an I Made One entry, and share pictures there. It helps me keep track of the little custom projects I'm working on.
Right now, I'm working on several ideas: dog paw, cat paw, dog bone.... So if there's a symbol/shape you really like, please let me know!
