Cleveron Self Service Parcel Terminal

First off I rushed through this since I only found out about it 4 days ago!
I apologize for the crude renderings and part mates but I hope to get the idea across.
Also the drawer glides are meant to be triple roller, I just drew sliding types for ease and only the top drawer has all the components.

This solution to the jammed drawers uses a lid which slides along the drawer outer top edge, Dimensioned in relation to the drawer slide distance so the cover does not slide off the drawer when opened.

There is no interference to any other drawers, or any way the drawer will get stuck.
The lid and drawer open freely for the required 30mm even if the package is wedged under the lid.
The solenoid catch holds the drawer closed, a micro switch senses the latched condition.
A spring opens the initial 30mm as the lid slides on the stop bolt at rear.
Then the drawer is hand opened as the wedged packed slides along the smooth inside of the lid
The lid has a rolled up front edge for strength and no interference.

Additionally to the drawer challenge is a unique chassis system where all the chassis are the same helping reduce cost.
All chassis components are the same further reducing cost.
Chassis systems hold 1 large, 2 medium or 4 small drawers and can be swapped out of the terminal from the front
by accessing the rail mount screws once the drawers are removed by the technician.
Additionally a rear support channel will be in the cabinet.

The terminal adds a security camera and overhead lights.

All drawer components are 20ga. steel , die cut, bent and spot welded.
The solenoid mount can be 12ga. stamped and bent.

ADDED: For the issue on security, The drawer glides can be non standard and made so they can not be taken apart from the user side.
Another solenoid can be installed in the chassis to lock it into the Terminal, only the technician can activate this solenoid to remove the chassis as a unit.
Also a time limit can be set for the maximum drawer open time, a beep warns of timer count down and then an alarm sounds.
Therefore not enough time for tampering to remove all necessary hardware.
