I found Newport City https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model.html?id=u5a6fddd4-5141-4891-87a9-47ebb372ebd3 done by Rafael Nunes, and thought it was fantastic. I have been adding and modifying it for personal use since March of this year, and in July I started building a University for my version of it. Initially like Rafael I was building it with prefab buildings I liked but the file size got ridiculously large, so I began to rebuild the buildings from scratch using a standard texture from one of the prefab buildings. Now that I can log into my 3DWarehouse account again, I've decided to upload the University to share. The file is still larger than can be uploaded in one go, so I am uploading it in several sections of similar themed buildings; the model could be uploaded in total of three different files but because I am going for smaller file sizes and similar themes I am estimating 17 parts. I am leaving a 10' x 10' square on the axis for each group so that the university can be reassembled as I designed it. Obviously others are free to take and remake what I have done. This is the College of Business it contains work that is heavily modified but originally belonging to others. The buildings in this set are John R. Brinkley Hall Marketing, Luca Pacioli Hall Finance, Accounting and Entrepreneurship, Robert Owens Hall Management and Hansa Hall Business Administration.
