Chopper Bike Lift and Trolley

The model has the position of basic parts. The linkage points can either be machined pins, or as shoen in the photo of the finished model I used high strength bolts to keep down the costs. For the rear wheels i used of the shelf castors and at the front made up some wheels from UHMW, with high strength bolts as the pins. The jack was an of the shelf 3 ton model. To fix the jack in postion it had a large dquare base, and i drilled holes in the corners to bolt it to the base plate.
