Chinese Strainer Ladle

The Chinese strainer ladle is a popular cooking utensil used in the kitchen. In general, its main function is as same as the common western strainer ladle: lifting food out of hot oil, boiling water or steam, although in fact this kind of strainer is more suitable for picking up enough large pieces of food in the boiling water.
