chinese cnc3040 spindle upgrade parts by towave

this print used for chinese cnc3040 spindle 300w upgrading to 1.5kw
i feel my chinese cnc3040 spindle is weak to carving hard wood or aluminium
so i upgrade the spindle 300w to 1.5kw
some people cut the part and welding spindle clamp to z zxis carriage.
this method is not cost and not damage to original parts.
so i use this 3d print to replace it. simple and cheap.
80% infill print is very firm to resist almost 10kg in my experience(bicycle stand)
i guess (1.5kw spindle+ spindle clamp + carriage plate) weight is under 5kg
