Summary
This is a design that the team from MACRObots helped me put together.http://macrobot.us/
The larger wedge (printed in PLA+) works great in the plastic ant division (got 4th at Battle in the Backwoods June 2021 and that was only because the wedge got stuck in the crease between the kick panel and the floor)
The smaller wedge (printed in Nylon-CF) was used for the full combat 1lb division.

I went with Fingertech Motors and Tiny ESCs, and Tiny Mixer instead of the Brushed Dual ESC above

Additional Notes: I used a steel plate cut to size as the lid for the 1 lb full combat
I drilled a hole in the top of the lid to have easy access to the switch.
Standard #6 by 1 inch metal screws should be sufficient for the plastic ant and I am working on a way to get a screw long enough to bolt on the end for the full combat.
