Cedarwood is EMU's newest residence hall and is built to LEED specifications. The building incorporates solar hot water, a bioretention filtration system, native plants, reflective roofing, dual-flush toilets, local and recycled materials, parking for hybrids and bicycles, low VOC materials, natural lighting, and recyclable carpet.
