This organizer is designed to print with a .8 nozzle .4 and .2 will work fine as well. This is a pretty lose fit as its just slotted to re-purpose the large rectangular slot. Your printed walls should be 1.6mm thick.
The castle panic big box is honestly probably about twice the size it needs to be yet some how they couldn't be bothered to design it to hold sleeved cards. The large rectangular slot were all the expansions were bagged is empty once you fill the organizer out and put the components in their assigned slots. I build a drop in card organizer that will hold all the cards sleeved with premium sleeves comfortably. The slots from left to right are Castle Deck, Wizard Deck, Resource Deck, Agranok, and Removed from game. As you add expansions you will pull specific cards out of the game I have found with all three expansions in this is the optimal design and then you don't break down the decks at the end of the game.
