Case for Walkera TX5805 VTx and Camera by mmoore0

I purchased a Walkera TX5805 VTx to try out FPV on a custom quadcopter. The original paper casing did not work for my design as it was configured to mount on the bottom of the quad. I originally mounted the board directly to the quad with no case. I am pretty competent with LOS flight, but completely loose orientation under the goggles. I try to start low and slow, but next thing I know I'm 80 feet up and headed for a tree. After a few crashes, I decided I needed something to protect the VTx. This thing is the result. An added benefit is that it makes the VTx/camera modular and easy to move between quad builds.
As I am new to FPV and not race qualified yet, I did not have need for forward pitch angle on the camera. Perhaps when I improve, I will create a modified version with appropriate pitch for Fast Forward Flight.
