I wasn't entirely happy with the Pi Zero cases I found elsewhere, so I made my own in OpenSCAD. I've included the .scad file should someone like to tweak it to their requirements.
Designed to use some #2 pan head machine screws I had on hand. Included .scad file has parametric stuff for changing to a different screw size, or adjust to your printer's tolerance if necessary.
A few versions of the top and bottom, either closed or with access for heat sink/gpio pins. The heatpad version is intended for use with a little square of silicone heatpad stuff, as I discovered in my testing that printing a 100% infill top and using the silicone provided almost as good of cooling as the little aluminum heatsinks in a no-airflow situation.
